- Real Estate Taxes - $1,911 (yes, even as a nonprofit organization, we must pay local property taxes!)
- Insurance - $1,555
- Donations to local organizations - $1,000 (including to the first responders who keep River visitors safe!)
- New river signage and miscellaneous expenses - $579
